The future is NOW! imagine, changing the tonal palette of your your guitar with the simple push of a button!
From the 1966 Goya Guitars catalog:
The Goya Rangemaster Model 109!
Early Goya guitars were made in Sweden by either Levin or Hagstrom. However, by the mid-60's the production of Goya electrics had been moved to Italy, where it was overseen by Polverini Brothers or Galanti, both companies also known for their accordions.
The pushbutton controls certainly reflect the accordion heritage of the Italian companies, as does the slightly unorthodox styling. The Model 109 MSRP for 1966 was $399.00. Not exactly chump change for a mid-60's import!
