This old photo brings back a lot of great memories. That’s me on the left, my wife, and my dad on the right. Like a lot of folks, Dad visits the GDP but doesn’t post. A real hot picker, big Chet & Gretsch fan, and a great dad! He’s battling some very serious health issues right now. He’s beaten the odds before and I’m betting he’ll do it again. If you would, please keep him in your thoughts & prayers. Thanks.

Hoping all goes well for your dad, you and your family. Hate to see anybody down and out, especially a Chetpicker. He sounds like a fighter, and hopefully he'll win another battle.

The fret markers are small dots on the edge of the fretboard on that guitar.
