Hi guys, been away for awhile. I had some stuff going on, and just had to take a break from things. I moved, and just recently got the ole' GA back out after not seeing it for about 3-4 weeks. Talk about a feeling like seeing an old friend again for the first time.

Looks like some things have changed around here....Baxter seems to have made some improvements to the site, Proteus is an entrepreneurial guru for filling a need we all had with our bridges (may be hitting you up for one in a month or so sir), and Chris sold the "Acme" Club?? Man, that Setzer must be working out great for you, man.

Anyway, glad to be back home, and look forward to talking about all things Gretsch again.

BTW, which Gretsch should I get??

Hey! Welcome back St.John. We have been missing and thinking about you. I hope things are looking up. I'll give you a shout if any good concerts pop up in the area any time soon. Might be nice to go blow off some steam and listen to some tunes.

I took it as a compliment. If being a little insane sets me apart from 75% of the people I meet in the real world, I'll take it! P.S. If we're gonna do another GDP get-together this year, I vote on doing "Sultans Of Swing". And Chet's version of "Yackety Axe" (that'll make me get off my ass and learn it).

yeah, hopefully when all settles down a little bit, I am going to really dig in and work on my playing...been playing quite a bit of tele country lately, which surprisingly sounds great on the ga's bridge pup...gotta get back to digging into some rockabilly and swing for sure though.

thanks Brent. I'll probably have to let the holidays get by me due to time before I can seriously start looking to getting some guys together, but I am definitely interested.
