Hey dubkitty, see if this works. This is an older version of my band doing Motorhead's "Ace of Spades" with acoustic guitar, upright bass, and electric guitar.
Best Pop songs to be arranged in Rockabilly style?

I fixed the link so you can actually LISTEN to it. Sorry about that. Addendum to above post: I realize it's probably not what you're thinking when you say "Rockabilly". We thought it would be great to do Ace Of Spades in this fashion with a 'bluegrass' instrumentation lineup.

FrequentFlyer909: said: One of my old bands was quite fond of playing an Eddie Cochranesque arrangement of the Ramones' "Sedated." A great many Ramones' songs would translate well to rockabilly.
Two Tons Of Steel does a great version of I Wanna Be Sedated. -

Anybody here ever heard of Webb Wilder? He plays some of the clubs around here and I listen to his "Doo Dad" (out of print) more than any other CD I own.

I heard Judas Priest - you got another thing coming today on the radio and immediately thought of this thread, I think it would work well.
