Executive Amp tubes according to the schematic: 3ea 7025, 2ea 12AT7, 2-6V6GT, rectifier not specified on the schematic but from advert text is said to be a 5AR4
(edit but odds are that is not what the amp is shipped with. Just what the designer would have like to seen used.

It depends on the guitar and the setting. My Duo Jet loves the red color contrast as does my 6210AM. The rest get black unless I'm playing a gig in a dark room where the reds are easier to see. -
